Admission price includes use of the following: -ZIP LINE ($30 value for one ride at most zip line attractions; 8 rides on our zip line over the course of the day would amount to $240): unlimited use -KAYAKS ($27 value per day at most rental shops): 45 min check out x 1 per day; more availability pending demand; reserve your time at the boat barn as soon as you arrive -PEDDLE BOAT holds up to 5 people: ($40 value per day at most rental shops): 45 min check out and first come first serve; reserve your time at the boat barn as soon as you arrive -PADDLE BOARDS: ($31 value per day at most rental shops): 45 min check out and first come first serve; reserve your time at the boat barn as soon as you arrive -CANOE holds up to 5 people: ($31 value per day at most rental shops): 45 min check out and first come first serve; reserve your time at the boat barn as soon as you arrive -72' FLOATING ISLAND (WIBIT) that includes a slide, bridge, balance beam, climbing wall and cliff jump: ($10 per hour value at most adventure parks); life jacket required; life jacket rentals available for $3; no shoes or objects allowed on island): 15 person max at any given time -100' Slip N Slide: Tube sled required; 45 min check out; five people at a time; reserve your time and tube sled at the boat barn as soon as you arrive **warning the slip N slide can go really fast and some children/adults love it and some don't like it; we are thrill seekers....it's our favorite part of the retreat!! -Swimming: ($4 per day most pools) -Fishing: ($10 per day most private fishing lakes); bring your own fishing pole Total: $285 dollar per day value for 6% of that cost: $18 per day...$2.40 per hour, per person **No Life Guard on Duty; all recreation at Swell Retreat is at your own risk. **Last year we were able to have open access to all of our activities but unfortunately that freedom was abused and now we require a check out process, as annotated above.
