Step into the arena and into a deeper relationship with yourself. This 90-minute private session is a guided experience with a certified equine facilitator and a healing herd of horses. Together, we create a sacred space to explore what your heart is carrying — whether it’s stress, grief, fear, burnout, or a longing for direction. Before your session, we’ll schedule a 10-minute discovery call to identify what you’d like to work through. During your session, you’ll partner with a horse (no riding involved) to uncover what your body and spirit already know — truth, clarity, and calm.
